There's currently a typhoon here in the Philippines called 'Frank'(international codename: Fengshen). His presence was immediately felt since yesterday night and up to now the weather's still not improving. According to PAGASA(Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services ), 'Frank' has maximum sustained winds of 160 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 195 kph, and is moving northwest at 11 kph.

The following places are declared Public Storm Signal numbers 1,2,3:
Signal No.3 - Romblon, Marinduque, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Lubang Island, the Calamian Group of Islands, northern Antique, Aklan, and Capiz.

Signal No.2 - Bataan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Polillo Island, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Masbate, Burias Island, Albay, northern Palawan, Metro Manila, the rest of Antique, Iloilo, and Guimaras.

Signal No.1 - Tarlac, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, southern Aurora, Sorsogon, the rest of Palawan, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Cebu, Leyte, Bohol, and Siquijor.

So it's signal no. 2 here and nothing much to do here in our house except watch tv and of course surf the net and update my blog. We couldn't go outside since there's already a flood and it's still raining hard. I don't know if it would still be like this tomorrow... hope not!
