Using sauna sure has many health benefits for your body but what's this I heard about the new technology that is infrared sauna that has become very popular nowadays that hotels or fitness and wellness clubs are now offering it to their guests? When I first heard about it, I wonder what's the difference between a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna. A traditional sauna has temperatures being heated at a very high level making it difficult for some people to breath because of the very warm air, but it works differently on an infrared sauna since it is being heated on the body directly resulting to a deep tissue penetration thus receiving a good detoxifying sweat that your body needs.

A traditonal sauna and an infrared sauna both has numerous healthy benefits for our body but many doctors are now starting to recognize the use of far infrared sauna because of its many benefits like, detoxification, weight loss, increases heart rate and blood circulation, improved immune system and a whole lot more! It's still up to you what you choose, the most important thing to remember though is what would be good for you to achieve a healthy life.
